Based on data from peacock tv phone number I had an experience with TV's customer service, and I must say it was quite disappointing. The response time was slower than expected, leaving me frustrated as I waited for assistance. When I finally connected with a representative, their knowledge seemed limited, and they struggled to address my concerns effectively. Additionally, the overall communication felt impersonal, lacking the warmth and attentiveness one would hope for in customer service. While the platform itself offers a variety of content, the support experience left much to be desired. I hope they can improve their customer service to match the quality of their programming.
