IN PERSON AUDITIONS FOR ARGYLE CHILDREN'S THEATRE PRODUCTIONS:

Please check back here in the future for in person audition postings for professional Non-Equity adult actors ages 18 and over.

For Main Stage Auditions:

Main stage casting for Argyle Theatre productions is handled by Michael Cassara Casting in New York City. Every season, The Argyle Theatre holds open auditions for its main stage productions – hiring professional actors from New York City as well as Long Island local hire performers. Whenever open calls are planned, they will be announced on this website, so check back often – and also be sure to follow our Facebook page. Each season’s required Equity Principal Auditions and Equity Chorus Calls are held in NYC and announced on Playbill.com and other trade publications. Although there is never a guarantee that we’ll be able to see EMC or non-Equity performers at these required calls, we will always attempt to if we’re able to (and we will always accept drop-offs from those who are not able to be seen).

If you are a non-Equity performer who is local to Nassau or Suffolk County and would like to be considered as a local hire for our mainstage productions, please e-mail Michael Cassara Casting (submissions@michaelcassara.net) with your picture/resume and put “Argyle – local hire” in the subject line.
