artistry of James Vernon Taylor, the legendary American singersongwriter

and guitarist. A five-time Grammy Award winner, James Taylor was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2000. He is one of the best-selling music artists of all time, having sold more than 100 million records worldwide.

In 1997 Taylor released Hourglass, which Wikipedia describes as “an introspective album that gave [Taylor] the best critical reviews in almost twenty years. The album had much of its focus on Taylor's troubled past and family.” Taylor told Rolling Stone magazine that the album’s”spirituals for agnostics”. James Taylor has previously said that he has assembled the best
